Virgin PEEK Rods Descrition:

PEEK pure resin (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a new semi-crystalline aromatic thermoplastic made by condensation of 4,4' -difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in the presence of alkali metal carbonate and diphenyl sulfone as solvent. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin is a special engineering plastic with excellent performance, and has more significant advantages compared with other special engineering plastics, long-term temperature resistance of 260 degrees, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, peel resistance, wear resistance to strong acid, super mechanical properties can be used for high-end machinery and aviation and other technologies.

1.Stock Virgin PEEK Rods available sizes:

Diameter: 3mm,peek , 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm,250mm, 300mm.

length:1000mm or 3000mm.

2. All PEEK rods can be cut to any size.

3. PEEK rods with a diameter greater than 300MM needs to be customized; and those with a diameter less than 3MM can also be customized if the accuracy requirements are not too high. Of course, these two kinds of products are more expensive.
