Forming method:

Material grade: 

1. Unfilled Guide Bushings, which retains the most basic properties of pure PEEK such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and wear resistance.

2.PEEK CF30 Sleeves is a 30% carbon fiber reinforced grade that has higher hardness, mechanical strength, creep resistance and better wear resistance than unfilled PEEK Sleeves. It also has higher thermal conductivity, which increases heat dissipation on the surface of components and improves product life. 

3.PEEK HPV bushings, with the addition of PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber, have superior friction properties (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and higher peak pressure limit), making this level of PEEK an ideal material for PEEK Guide Bushings applications.
