Because PEEK CA30 material has higher hardness and wear resistance, when we use CNC machine to form PEEK CF30 bushings, we need to choose wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant tools for processing. Generally, silicon carbide tools are used, and suitable machining fluids should be selected to reduce tool wear and heat generation. The processing speed should be moderate. Too fast or too slow processing speed may affect processing efficiency and finished product quality. Appropriate processing speed can reduce tool wear and improve processing accuracy.
