Injection molding size and injection molding production process

The size of injection molding should not only meet the requirements of use and installation, but also consider the processing and manufacturing of the mold, the performance of the equipment and the flow of raw materials. Strictly control the factors that affect the accuracy of injection molded parts, including the manufacturing accuracy of the mold, plastic components and process conditions.

The surface roughness of injection molding is determined by the roughness of the mold surface, so the surface roughness of the mold is one level lower than that of the product, and the requirements are met by grinding and polishing. The injection molded parts will produce cooling shrinkage in the mold cavity, which makes it difficult to take out the injection molded parts. Therefore, in order to facilitate demolding, the design should also consider that the inner and outer surfaces parallel to the demolding direction have sufficient demoulding slopes.

Injection molding is a molding method for injection molds. The advantages of injection molding are fast production speed, high efficiency, automated operation, various colors, sizes ranging from large to small, easy to replace product sizes, and complex shapes. Parts and injection molding are often used in the molding and machining of complex shapes for mass production.

Injection molding is an industry with strong technical and practical capabilities. In the injection molding production process, plastic raw materials, carbon powder, nozzles, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprayers, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials are used. These have brought great results to the management of the injection workshop. Compared with other industries or departments, there are certain difficulties, and the requirements of injection molding workshop managers at all levels are higher.

Although the structure of the mold may vary due to the type and properties of the plastic, the shape and structure of the plastic product, and the type of injection molding machine, the basic structure is the same. The mold is mainly composed of pouring system, temperature control system, molded parts and structural parts. Gating systems and moldings are in direct contact with plastic and vary with plastic and product. They are the more complex and changeable parts in the mold and require high-precision parts.
Injection molding production requires 24 hours of continuous operation, which is usually a two-stage or three-stage working mode. There are many types of work and division of labor in the injection molding workshop, and different positions have different skill requirements. In order to make the production and operation of the injection molding workshop go smoothly, it is necessary to manage the personnel, materials, equipment and tools involved in each link, mainly including: raw material room, waste room, batching room, production site, post-processing area, tool room, semi-finished products District, office and other fields of operation and coordination management.
