1. Good surface hardness and wear resistance

4. Good polishing performance
The surface roughness value of the injection molding model cavity is required to be less than the level of Ra0.1~0.25, the optical surface is required to Ra<0.01nm, the cavity should be polished, reduce the surface roughness value, the steel selected for this purpose requires less material miscellaneous injection molding processing quality, fine and uniform structure, and there should be no pockmarks or orange peel defects during polishing.
