PEEK pure resin (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a new semi-crystalline aromatic thermoplastic made by condensation of 4,4' -difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in the presence of alkali metal carbonate and diphenyl sulfone as solvent. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin is a special engineering plastic with excellent performance, and has more significant advantages compared with other special engineering plastics, long-term temperature resistance of 260 degrees, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, peel resistance, wear resistance to strong acid, super mechanical properties can be used for high-end machinery and aviation and other technologies.

peek has three main filling enhancement methods:

1.30% fiber glass filled ,Commonly known as PEEK GF30.

2.30% Carbon fiber filled ,Commonly known as PEEK CF30/PEEK CA30.

3.PTFE+Carbon fiber+Graphite,Commonly known as PEEK HPV.
